From the beginning, the service advisor was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and helpful with all the pricing and descriptions of what I was requesting and then some areas of concern to look at for evaluation. I received new tires but mentioned I had some rattling going on and I thought it was the shocks. The technician was amazing. He looked it over and tested the shocks and that was not the problem — it was simply two connector arms to my sway bar connections. The parts were easily delivered within 30 minutes. What I love is they could have said it was the shocks and it would have been four times the cost. More money in their pocket but they are a class act and what needed replaced was way less and it fixed that rattling issue. That is the Randy Marion way and it built my trust 10 fold with them.

I drove into the Chevy service department without an appointment to get my tire checked because it was low on air. The technician discovered I had a large bolt in my tire and because I had run flat tires and the location of the bolt we determined it was best not to remove the bolt. The service advisor even called another business and told me I could get the tires somewhere else a day earlier. I told her I would wait because she and the technician were so helpful in trying to resolve my problem. I never have received such service, not even from my own dealer, as I did at Randy Marion. Because of her service I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Ashe County area.

He kept me apprised on a daily basis with the status of the truck I was interested in as it made its way during delivery. He worked with me to get an acceptable OTD price while it was being delivered. If not for his interaction and professionalism I would have kept searching for the truck elsewhere. Your dealership has earned my loyalty primarily due to his efforts and positive attitude. ... BTW, our salesman was indisposed when I picked up the truck, and I worked the final settlement through another salesman — he was also a pro, and I greatly appreciated his positive approach and upbeat attitude. We're used to being told it will be a few weeks before we can see you, but the service team said pull it in the garage let's take a look.
