Everyone is very nice But I’ve called and responded to texts re replacement of side view mirror. First I made appointment to have it installed, drove 50 minutes to leave car overnight, then found out next day that replacement couldn’t be done as mirror had to be painted- an understandable miscommunication. So drove back from Valle Crucis 2 weeks later , land mirror replaced but upon arriving home , discovered a piece of the door behind the handle in the floorboard passenger side and a loud rattle in door . I have not heard from anyone when I called about issue.

Larry Carroll was absolutely amazing during a tire install on our truck. After first install and it being satisfied with the ride we took back for adjustment and it was still a rough ride so he gave options and patiently and professionally dealt with the situation. A new set of tires were installed and we are so happy with the outcome. We can’t thank the entire service department enough for their courtesy, positive attitude and assistance during this whole process that could have been a nightmare. I ordered a bed cover not painted through the GM site. The local dealership hade it painted at a local business. My truck is Summit White, and the bed cover was painted white. The bed cover does not match up with my truck.

Everything was great except having to purchase the resistall package which my wife and I think is a rip off! Basically nothing for $1300? Why is this not an option?

I called on a Monday to schedule a repair. I was offered an appointment that day! An AI bot answered my call. It (she) was very capable in gathering my information and making the appointment. I arrived and was quickly greeted by smiling faces. After the repairs began, I received several messages keeping me updated. The repairs were done and the work was effective. The vehicle was ready when expected. I am very satisfied with the results.

I was told I needed a new engine. I took my auto to an engine rebuilder and found I needed a spark plug, the thing that covers/plugs into the spark plug (forgot the name, starts with a C) and a thermostat. 4 weeks later and no more check engine light, it was not $15,000. Even the catalytic converter survived without issue. I will never come back, Larry Carroll.

After a poor experience with another Chevrolet dealer, it was nice to be serviced more professionally. I was able to get in in a reasonably timely manner, good internet communication where I can get notified of progress and was able to pay on line. I will say that the AI telephone monitor is less that perfect. It asks questions of what I just told it, I get transferred and end up back at the same point with the AI monitor. In fairness, a human called to make sure I was serviced correctly and got me to where I needed to go.

The Service Was great and It was done quickly. Was not pleased with the AI scheduling as it made the appointment while the techs were at lunch ! But the lady in service made it happen. Do not replace the human interaction !

Very good service vehicle diagnosed quickly after finally getting into the service queu, AI said there was an appointment available at 530 Thursday afternoon, I dropped vehicle off and was told all technicians left at 500? , received email next day stating vehicle service order started at 930, didn't get to tech until 330 but was done quickly after that.

Always so helpful - makes certain vehicle completely checked out. Checks for any discounts.

I called ahead and the vehicle was ready for a test drive when I got there. The process went extremely well and fast, I was in and out in two hours.

Only had to wait about 30 minutes to have vehicle serviced. Staff was friendly and helpful.

went in to see about appointment to get spare key fob remote programmed...Janet who was service rep that assisted me got my vehicle right in and the service tech greeted me and took care of programming remote in just a few minutes...these people friendly and take care of you!!!!!!!! will take my vehicle back when need service next time!!!

Terrible customer service in the service department. Zero communication between desk staff on customer vehicles. Leave a message and you will not get a call back. Lady was extremely rude. I do not have to put up with an attitude from some apparently minimum wage worker who does not understand customer retention. Tip: if your colleague tells me my oil change is free and you decided I owe $80, don't cop an attitude when I say "I thought it was free". I will never do business with Randy Marion again. I've purchased 3 cars (2 new) from this dealership in the last 6 yrs. Hopefully Randy Marion controls his employees better at other locations. Let that terrible service advisor know that this is her sole fault.
